凤凰写卡器制作,Phoenix programmer

这是我在网上看到的凤凰写卡器,很简单,不过都是英文,相关的编程软件没有提供,不过通用的软件ICPROG应该是可以使用的.要制作可以刷写卫星电视接收卡就是这么简单.

30 Secondary board, on top of smartcard connector.
Mount everything but the secondary board, leds and ICs
Mount top of leds into the secondary board, fasten secondary board to top of smartcard connector
after carefully first having put the led legs through the holes in main board.
Finally , ground yourselves to get rid of any statics and mount the ICs.
